Steve Lias, Sales Representative

Steve Lias joined Leff Electric in October 2010.Â He has 20 years experience in the lighting and gear distribution business. Throughout his career, Steve has been awarded with national recognition six times for being in the top 10% of the sales team. He is involved with all aspects of the construction and remodeling process his clients.

Philip Harrell, Sales Representative

Phil joined Leff Electric in June 2007. He has 37 years experience in new store construction and remodels including lighting design, redesign, and retrofits. Phil's claim to fame is that he has never missed a delivery date for a new store opening in 37 years.

Shannon Skoda, Senior Project Manager

Shannon joined Leff Electric in 2004 as a Senior Project Manager in National Accounts. With 21 years experience, she is responsible for managing all aspects of new store construction, maintenance, and ESCO projects from bid process through final closeout. Prior to joining Leff she held various project management positions at both a contractor and distributor level, managing retail and large hotel projects in Beaumont, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dale Skoda, Project Manager

Dale Skoda joined Leff Electric in 2007 as a Project Manager in National Accounts. Dale is responsible for managing many maintenance and ESCO accounts and is an Expediter for projects. He has 8 years experience in the electrical industry and is aware of how important it is for shipments to be on time and accurate.
